  2. Hi Rachel - it is, it is. It can be an eagle's eye, a tiger's eye, a fish's eye, a child's or a storm's. . . that of the moon, a stone or a far-distant star?

  3. John, hello. You have X-ray eyes?

(As an aside - I offered these overripe bananas to friends Pam and Penelope last night on the off-chance one of them might wish to bake banana loaves this weekend, but they - the bananas, not the women - are still sitting here this morning, getting steadily browner. I'll be offering them to the birds for brunch. ; ))

  4. Claire,

Maybe the girls said to themselves, or to each other, 'why is Claire trying to pawn off brown 'n mushy bananas on us?'

Just as well they left them behind to inspire you, and us.

  6. The heart, yes, and a port hole (ocean reference) which then morphed into portal. Thus we are led anywhere. Mushy bananas, we can go into altered states just looking at them.

  7. Dear Marylinn - you bring a smile to my face. 'Mushy bananas, we can go into altered states just looking at them'! I love this, thanks. . . and am happy that we share similar sensibilities and susceptibilities! Perhaps anything we look at long enough becomes a portal. . .
    Love, Claire.xo
